Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: delivered within 5–7 business days

Please note that larger orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

International Shipping We currently only ship within the United States. We will be shipping internationally in the future! We appreciate your understanding.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
